We are now seeking a Sales Support Executive to support our growth plans.

As a Sales Support Executive, you will process financial agreements, supporting documents, and ensure outstanding customer service when liaising with suppliers and clients.

Role responsibilities:

  1. Manage communication between Relationship Directors, Internal Account Managers, and their clients (Customers/Introducers/Suppliers).
  2. Monitor customer accounts and assist Relationship Directors as needed.
  3. Raise finance agreements such as Hire Purchase, Finance Lease, or Refinance.
  4. Update systems with transaction details (calls, emails, internal communications).
  5. Prepare payout documentation accurately, adhering to SLAs and compliance standards.
  6. Send invoice requests to suppliers.
  7. Provide excellent customer service.
  8. Be IT literate (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  9. Maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
  10. Have previous administration experience in Financial Services.
