Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records and contact segmentation in our HubSpot CRM

  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop and update sales materials
  • Draft and distribute newsletters and broker communications
  • Support the preparation of proposals, case studies, and performance reports
  • Assist in the execution of AI-powered marketing workflows
  • Track outreach activity and manage follow-ups
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, building tours, and key activities/assets
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years' experience in sales or a client-facing role
  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable using or learning CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • Interest in AI tools and emerging sales technologies
