A fast-growing F1 & Moto GP Travel company is seeking a Sales Support Executive to assist the Sales Team with post-booking administration and customer communication. The ideal candidate will have a passion for F1, a strong customer service background, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Job description

Do you have experience working within Customer Service / Admin based roles? Keen interest in either Travel or F1 / Motorsport?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Executive to join a fast-growing F1 & Moto GP Travel company, offering support to the Sales Team with all post-booking administration.

We love working with this company - great bunch of people, who have a real passion for what they do… and of course, F1!

The Role

This is a customer-facing role requiring someone with strong written and spoken English, along with an outgoing 'sales-focused' attitude. You will be working closely with our Sales team to support their day-to-day duties. You will also be the single point of contact for all guest's pre-departure.

You will be responsible for:

  • Generation of all post-sale booking documents (Confirmations, ATOL Certificates).
  • Post-sales booking changes (flight amendments, guest requests).
  • Booking flights.
  • Pre-departure comms.
  • Holiday cover (10% of the role): receiving and responding to guest enquiries, sending of relevant quotes/information.

Required Skills:

  • Experience within the Travel Industry (desirable)
  • Admin / Customer Service experience (essential)
  • An interest in F1 / Motorsport
  • Experience of basic applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Confident persona

The package:

  • Circa £25k PA - plus performance-related bonus
