Job description

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our Commercial Operations team, playing a key role in driving revenue growth. This role is all about making sales run smoothly by supporting the team with sales administration, operations, and project management while helping to optimise processes, systems, and platforms across the business. You’ll have the opportunity to learn best practices, get hands-on with sales tools and reporting, and contribute to improvements that boost performance, compliance, and customer experience. No prior experience in commercial sales systems is required as we’ll provide full training and a clear development plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day sales support including reporting, lead management, order processing, competitor analysis, finance escalations, and client onboarding.
  • Maintain CRM and sales systems, ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, updating documentation, and supporting user training.
  • Create sales materials, coordinate order and booking confirmations, and deliver reporting for trading, client/agency meetings, and campaign performance.
  • Support wider Commercial Operations with holiday cover, print inventory management, and ad-hoc operational projects.
  • Work with sales and project management on bookings, post-campaign analysis, and identifying opportunities to streamline and improve sales workflows.
