Job summary

Disrupt Talent is seeking a Sales Support role on the outskirts of Oxfordshire. The role blends daily sales administration with direct customer contact and growth of a new region alongside the Managing Director.

The successful candidate will manage quotes, CRM, events, and beMatrix product knowledge while supporting the sales team and maintaining strong customer relationships in a rural, office-based setting.

Qualifications

• GCSE level minimum education.
• Driving licence and access to a car due to rural location.
• Experience in a sales or office environment.
• Clear, effective communicator, comfortable working within a small team.
• Organised, proactive, with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily sales admin tasks, including sending out quotes and managing deadlines.
• Answering the office phone in a friendly, helpful and professional manner when needed.
• Organising and assisting with the running of company events.
• Building strong product knowledge of the beMatrix system to act as overflow support for account managers when required.
• Keeping the CRM system accurate and up to date.
• Supporting the sales team with overflow admin tasks where needed.
• Communicating directly with customers, helping answer queries and resolve problems.
• Working closely alongside the Managing Director to help kick start sales in a new region, the Middle East.

The opportunity

This role sits right at the centre of a busy sales operation, blending day to day sales admin with direct customer contact and a genuine opportunity to help build out a new region alongside the Managing Director. It would suit someone who enjoys variety, wants to be closely involved in commercial growth, and is keen to develop further within the role over time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with daily sales admin tasks, including sending out quotes and managing deadlines
• Answering the office phone in a friendly, helpful and professional manner when needed
• Organising and assisting with the running of company events
• Building strong product knowledge of the beMatrix system, a leading modular frame system used for exhibition stands and event builds, to act as overflow support for account managers when required
• Keeping the CRM system accurate and up to date
• Supporting the sales team with overflow admin tasks where needed
• Communicating directly with customers, helping answer queries and resolve problems
• Working closely alongside the Managing Director to help kick start sales in a new region, the Middle East

What we're looking for
