Job summary

CBC Recruitment Solutions is recruiting a Sales Support/Customer Service professional for a Manchester-based asset finance division of a large financial services business. The role focuses on delivering high-quality back-office support and customer service to ensure smooth payouts.

You will handle payouts, liaise with customers, onboard new clients and perform necessary documentation checks before payout, while providing ongoing support to the wider team.

Responsibilities

We are current looking to recruit for the asset finance division of a large financial services business in Manchester.

The role will be to provide a full sale support function which will include pay-outs, documentation checking, liaising with customers, onboarding new clients and ensuring all relevant checks are completed prior to pay-out. In addition you will provide ongoing support to the wider team/business.

Ideally we are looking to speak to candidates who have a background in financial services , asset finance would be an advantage but it is not essential. You will have experience in back office support as well as strong customer services skills.
