Job Description:

AXA Global Healthcare are looking for a Sales Support Consultant to join their Sales and Distribution area, to manage enquiries and onward referrals relating to our insurer panels' Country Risk appetite, along with day-to-day quote activity for the Large Corporate New Business team. You'll also support with onboarding Large Corporate new business as required.

You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, at our Tunbridge Wells office. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Facilitating the quote process for Large Corporate new business
  • Inputting and ongoing maintenance of Large Corporate information within Distribution CRM system
  • Coordinate global risk acceptance activities for SME and Large Corporate business sales opportunities in conjunction with internal Risk and Compliance teams
  • Maintain the Country Risk database that represents the current risk appetite of our insurers
  • Support Large Corporate onboarding activities when required, coordinating the activity both internally (across various departments) and externally with broker and client
  • Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships within the Distribution and Marketing teams, Pricing, Compliance and Legal, Finance and the wider business as required
  • Provide support to colleagues on other activities owned within the team
  • Act at all times in a professional and compliant manner ensuring all regulatory, compliance and treating customers fairly requirements are met

What we’re looking for:

  • Prior use or knowledge of the Salesforce platform
  • Competent use of Excel, Word and other Microsoft applications
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of the corporate business environment
  • Working knowledge of the range of Health insurance products available both from AXA Global Healthcare and in the marketplace
  • Customer focused with questioning and listening skills, coupled with communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Energetic, driven, motivated, focused and organised
