Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Analyst to support our market-making services in digital assets. You will work closely with sales, trading, and operations teams to expand our market presence, acquire new counterparties, and grow existing business.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in expanding Liquidity Provision/Market Making by identifying potential new counterparties and assessing business opportunities.
2. Collaborate on protocol initiatives, OTC, and treasury solutions.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to tailor client solutions.
4. Stay informed on crypto market developments, including token launches and protocols.
5. Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
6. Automate reporting and optimize processes.
7. Serve as a key client contact, ensuring effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client management within crypto or trading sectors is preferred.
• Strong interest and understanding of cryptocurrency and digital assets.
• Existing network within the crypto industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under deadlines, organize, and prioritize tasks.
