We’re excited to welcome a Sales Support Agent to our team at IMG—one of the world’s leading international medical insurance providers. This is a temporary, part-time opportunity (20 hours/week) based out of our Cardiff office, with hybrid or fully remote working options available. You’ll work weekday mornings or afternoons for a 2-month contract, earning a competitive salary between £12,698.40 and £13,000.00.

The Role: Make Every Call Count

As a Sales Support Agent, you’ll be the friendly first voice for customers looking for travel insurance—handling new quote enquiries, renewals, and payment processing with professionalism and precision.

  • Deliver first-class support to customers over the phone

  • Securely process card payments using our advanced call system
