About the role

We are looking for a driven Major Assets Sales Support Administrator to join our Trading Team, reporting to the VP Trading. The role will be supporting the trading of Aircraft Major Assets: Auxiliary Power Units (APUs), Landing Gears (LGs) and Engine Nacelles. The Major Assets Sales Support Administrator will be assisting with and providing support in the day-to-day management of the major assets sales, leases, exchanges and programs, while managing the administrative work that comes with the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to Request for Quotes (RFQs) and negotiate prices/terms.
• Assist in managing exchange, lease, sale, and repair orders.
• Liaise with internal technical departments regarding Technical Packs / Tech records queries.
• Liaise with the MRO department regarding the cost and management of asset repairs.
• Distribute marketing materials and gather market pricing and intelligence.
• Coordinate with teardown facilities for asset removal, packaging and shipping.
• Maintain asset sales records efficiently within the Quantum system.
• Manage and centralise market intelligence using the company's CRM system.
• Develop professional relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

• 1+ years’ experience in Aviation preferable, but not essential.
• A general understanding of the aircraft aftermarket and MRO landscape beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organisational skills.
• A background in Business, Finance, or Sales (BSc or equivalent) is preferred.
• A general understanding of the Aviation industry is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Familiarity with the Major Assets secondary market is a plus.
• Experience with Quantum Control (AerFin’s ERP system) beneficial.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships.
