Job description

Bombardier’s Business Aircraft London Service Centre in Biggin Hill is part of an award-winning network and is the flagship of Bombardier’s European operation. This Base and Line Maintenance Centre is the fastest-growing Service Centre in Europe and the largest Business Aircraft OEM in the UK. The facility has the capabilities to perform an array of maintenance checks, modifications and upgrades all from this site. Only 14 miles from London, Bombardier’s Biggin Hill Service Centre is ideally located to support operators in the UK region and beyond.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Service Sales team assigned to the International region.
  • Working closely with the Regional Sales Managers (RSM) in completing all allocated tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales Team members.
  • Provide all data/system administration and user support to Regional Sales Managers and Proposal Administrators.
  • Perform detailed analysis of customers' work scope against Maintenance Planning Document (iMPD / MPD).
  • Revise proposals to customer’s latest work orders.
  • Support RSMs with follow-ups and/or expedite work proposals.
  • Provide data to other departments when requested.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 software suite, with the ability to quickly learn other software programs.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Manage workload in a timely manner with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Take initiative.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Sales and/or Marketing environment – preferred.
  • Have a degree - preferred.
