Job description

Our team of Sales Support Administrators work across the sales floor to support every account manager, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless experience and that the sales order process is completed to a high standard. They’re a customer-focused team, working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and service levels are of key importance.

What is the role?

As Sales Support Administrator you will support in ensuring the smooth day-to-day function of the wholesale business, maximizing the profitability of the account portfolio, supporting the sales teams and clients with sales orders, running reports, and ensuring any relevant information is communicated effectively across the teams and customers.

Customer Service is at the forefront of everything we do here at Westcoast, so providing excellent service, developing key relationships, and consistently meeting SLAs and KPIs will be vital parts of this role.

How will you do this?

  1. Inputting of Sales Orders onto the system for the UK and other countries
  2. Management of electronic orders
  3. Keeping up to date and informed on all new products, services, and sales tools
  4. Preparing and running reports for customers
  5. Meeting SLAs and KPIs, and providing support in the management of our customers
  6. Attending and contributing to meetings when required
  7. Working closely with Finance and Customer Service departments to resolve issues and queries

Is this the role for you?

To be successful in this role you will have some of the following skills and experience and the desire to develop in other areas:

  1. Previous administration experience
  2. Organisation and time management
  3. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  4. Ability to work independently and take initiative
  5. Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
  6. Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and mail packages
  7. Ability to learn quickly and to have a methodical and logical approach
