Our team of Sales Support Administrators work across the sales floor to support every account manager, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless experience and that the sales order process is completed to a high standard. They’re a customer-focused team, working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and service levels are of key importance.
What is the role?
As Sales Support Administrator you will support in ensuring the smooth day-to-day function of the wholesale business, maximizing the profitability of the account portfolio, supporting the sales teams and clients with sales orders, running reports, and ensuring any relevant information is communicated effectively across the teams and customers.
Customer Service is at the forefront of everything we do here at Westcoast, so providing excellent service, developing key relationships, and consistently meeting SLAs and KPIs will be vital parts of this role.
