Are you highly organised, commercially aware, and passionate about building strong client relationships? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support & Account Manager to join a growing business that supplies premium packaging and consumables to the healthcare sector.

This is a hybrid role, combining sales administration with account management, perfect for someone who enjoys ensuring customers receive an exceptional service while actively identifying opportunities to grow accounts.

You'll be the key point of contact for our established clients - handling quotations, managing follow-ups, and maximising opportunities to strengthen long-term relationships and revenue.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare and process quotations accurately and promptly
  • Follow up on quotes and enquiries to secure new and repeat business
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their needs and buying patterns
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and service delivery
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions and updates
  • Resolve queries quickly and professionally to keep clients happy and engaged

Requirements

  • Experience in sales support, account management, or a similar client-focused role
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proactive, commercially driven mindset
  • Confidence with handling multiple accounts and priorities
  • Knowledge of healthcare, pharmacy, or medical supply sectors (preferred but not essential)
