As a Sales Assistant based in our Swansea branch you’ll be responsible for:

Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their needs and recommending the right products.

Driving sales by identifying new business opportunities for the branch.

Making proactive phone calls to gain new business.

Calling lapsed customers to regain their business.

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.00am - 5.00p[m along with one Saturday morning a month from 08.00am - 12.00pm.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

Prior merchant or experience would be preferred.

Previous experience in a Business to Business sales role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
