About the role:

As a Supervisor with New Look, you will work with your Store Manager to implement the ultimate shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and want to return. You will inspire your team to ensure customers look good and can express themselves with the latest fashion wherever and whenever they want. You’ll achieve this by setting exceptional standards and leading your team to deliver high-quality results.

About you:

Every person makes New Look the incredible place it is, and together we’re unstoppable. You express your style your way and inspire your team to do the same. You have an eye for the latest trends and champion our customers to express their own unique style.

You are passionate about service and creating a relaxed, friendly, and customer-focused experience. You seek out innovative ways to improve your performance with tailored development plans from our Online Academy training and support from your Store Manager. You have previous retail management experience in a fast-paced environment with a track record of delivering results through a team.
