Responsibilities
  • Achieving sales (TCV) targets from allocated teams within your technology portfolio.
  • Generating new business by showcasing subject matter expertise within your area and proactively seeking opportunities for XSUS and acquisition.
Experience and qualifications
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally within telecoms, IT services, or enterprise mobility with a strong background of consistently achieving individual sales quotas and closing deals that are £1m + TCV.
  • Proven success selling Modern Workplace, Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), and End User Security solutions.
  • Confirmed ability to engage confidently with CxO-level stakeholders, clearly articulating business value from technical solutions.
  • Experience leading virtual teams and collaborating with external partners to drive opportunity development.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., Imparta 3D Advantage, Challenger, MEDDIC).
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Relevant vendor accreditations (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Cisco) and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Passionate about technology-led transformation.
