Overview

Sales Specialist – London, Birmingham, or Manchester. My client, a leading telecoms company, is looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join their Secure Workforce Solutions team, focusing on strategic customer migrations for NHS and public sector clients.

This role is pivotal in helping organisations transition from legacy infrastructure to modern cloud-based, VOIP and fibre solutions.

This is a high-impact role where you'll drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Availability

There are 3 positions available. The role can be based in London, Birmingham or Manchester.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic migration and cease plans with Account Managers.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, achieving volume-based targets.
  • Deliver customer-centric solutions with strong ROI and profitability.
  • Maintain broad architectural knowledge to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with finance and pricing teams to optimise deal margins.
  • Act as a BT ambassador, driving customer satisfaction and advocacy.
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of proven sales success, with at least 3 years in specialist sales within telecoms or MSPs.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, including P&L understanding.
  • Ability to engage at board level and influence strategic decisions.
  • Experience with recognised sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work from customer sites.
