Johnson & Johnson MedTech | Cardiovascular is recognized worldwide as industry leaders in advanced 3D cardiac electro anatomical navigation. Guided by the needs of Electrophysiologists, the company has pioneered innovative technological advancements ranging from the first deflectable tip catheter to today's most sophisticated three-dimensional cardiac mapping and navigation systems. Purpose of the role

The key objective of this role is to work alongside your immediate colleagues to build territory plans and deliver the sales target within the London North area, meeting all strategic and business objectives. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with your customers, both clinical and non-clinical, and building a strong internal network across all levels of J&J MedTech.

What To Expect
  • Achieve agreed objectives and sales targets as outlined in the annual performance cycle.
  • Develop catheter utilization and capital sales in Electrophysiology to gain market share and achieve sales targets aligned with the Business Plan.
  • Develop and deliver entrepreneurship enabling market share gains by differentiating from the competition.
  • Execute on key EMEA Marketing strategies, including the successful rollout of new products and innovations.
  • Maintain and develop firm business and clinical relationships with strategically meaningful clinical and economic partners.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of customer needs and objectives at all levels to develop tailored solutions that improve sales potential for J&J Med Tech Electrophysiology.
  • Ensure local pricing aligns with national strategies and manage tenders throughout their lifecycle.
  • Maintain knowledge of the Electrophysiology marketplace, including competitors’ products and strategies.
Who are we looking for?
  • Degree level education in Scientific, Business, Life Science, or Medical Areas.
  • Medical sales experience, preferably within a hospital environment, with proven sales target achievements.
  • EP Experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to build positive relationships quickly.
  • Ability to lead team strategy and execution calls with exceptional planning.
  • Capacity to gain in-depth product and procedure knowledge and communicate effectively at all hospital levels.
  • Self-disciplined, organized, and responsible for business objectives and time management.
  • Highly motivated with a desire to succeed.
  • Skills to forecast product pipeline.
  • Experience in Cardiovascular and/or Electrophysiology environments is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in developing key customer relationships.
  • Team player and entrepreneurial problem solver.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Full and clean driving license.
