Johnson & Johnson MedTech | Cardiovascular is recognized worldwide as an industry leader in advanced 3D cardiac electro anatomical navigation. Guided by the needs of Electrophysiologists, the company has pioneered technological advancements ranging from the first deflectable tip catheter to today's most sophisticated three-dimensional cardiac mapping and navigation systems. They are a key growth driver in the rapidly developing Electrophysiology marketplace. The company maintains a strong product portfolio and pipeline, with close relationships with customers.

Purpose of the role

The key objective is to work with colleagues to build territory plans and deliver sales targets within the region, meeting all strategic and business objectives. Responsibilities include maintaining and developing relationships with clinical and non-clinical customers and building a strong internal network across all levels of J&J MedTech.

What to expect:
  • Achieve sales objectives and targets as outlined in the annual cycle.
  • Develop catheter utilization and capital sales in Electrophysiology to gain market share.
  • Differentiate from competitors to enable market share gains.
  • Implement EMEA Marketing strategies, including new product rollouts.
  • Maintain relationships with key clinical and economic partners.
  • Understand customer needs at all levels to develop tailored solutions that enhance sales.
  • Ensure local pricing aligns with national strategies and manage tenders throughout their cycle.
  • Stay informed about the Electrophysiology marketplace, including competitors’ products and strategies.
Who are we looking for?
  • Degree in Scientific, Business, Life Science, or Medical areas.
  • Medical sales experience, preferably in a hospital environment, with proven sales success.
  • EP experience is a bonus.
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written).
  • Excellent listening and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead team strategies and execution calls.
  • Capacity to gain in-depth product and procedure knowledge and communicate effectively across hospital hierarchies.
  • Self-disciplined, organized, and responsible for business objectives and time management.
  • Highly motivated with a desire to succeed.
  • Skills in forecasting product pipelines.
  • Experience in Cardiovascular and/or Electrophysiology environments is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in developing key customer relationships.
  • Team player and entrepreneurial problem solver.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Full, clean driving license.
