Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to convert semi-warm inbound leads into customers. Join a fast-moving startup aiding influencers in monetizing through premium content on their websites, especially in niches like drama, gossip, true crime.

Responsibilities

• Manage semi-warm leads generated by marketing efforts
• Generate new leads to maintain a healthy pipeline
• Conduct 4–6 calls daily with Instagram and YouTube creators for collaboration opportunities
• Present our unique offerings, handle objections, and secure signed agreements
• Assist influencers with launch preparations, timelines, and ongoing support post-launch

Qualifications

• Mid-to-senior level experience in sales, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships
• Passionate about sales and nurturing long-term client relationships
• Versatile: capable of marketing, account management, and launch strategy
• Fluent in English and able to work during UK/US overlapping hours
