Full-time freelance | Remote | Base + High Commission | UK/US Time Zone Overlap

We’re looking for a Sales Specialist who can take semi-warm inbound leads and turn them into customers. You’ll be joining a fast-moving startup that helps influencers monetize through premium content on their own websites — built specifically for creators in high-engagement niches like drama, gossip, true crime, and everything in between.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take over semi-warm leads generated by our marketing
  • Generate your own leads to fill the pipeline
  • Jump on 4–6 calls a day with Instagram and YouTube creators who want to collaborate
  • Pitch our unique offer, handle objections, and guide influencers to a signed agreement
  • Coordinate their launch: help them get set up, align on timelines, and be their go-to until they're fully live
  • Stay in touch post-launch to make sure things run smoothly and they feel supported

Who We’re Looking For

  • A mid-to-senior level sales pro with experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships
  • Someone who lives for the chase but also loves nurturing long-term relationships
  • Comfortable wearing many hats – this isn’t just sales. You'll be part marketer, part account manager, and part launch strategist
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to work UK and US time zone overlap

Compensation

  • Base monthly retainer
  • High commission structure based on successful influencer launches (performance-driven)
  • Freelance contract, but full-time commitment
