Full-time freelance | Remote | Base + High Commission | UK/US Time Zone Overlap

We’re looking for a Sales Specialist who can take semi-warm inbound leads and turn them into customers. You’ll join a fast-moving startup that helps influencers monetize through premium content on their websites — built specifically for creators in high-engagement niches like drama, gossip, true crime, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take over semi-warm leads generated by our marketing
• Generate your own leads to fill the pipeline
• Join 4–6 calls a day with Instagram and YouTube creators interested in collaboration
• Pitch our offer, handle objections, and guide influencers to a signed agreement
• Coordinate their launch: assist with setup, timelines, and be their main contact until live
• Follow up post-launch to ensure smooth operation and support

Who We’re Looking For

• A mid-to-senior level sales professional with experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships
• Someone passionate about the chase and nurturing long-term relationships
• Comfortable wearing many hats — part marketer, part account manager, part launch strategist
• Fluent in English, able to work overlapping UK and US time zones

Compensation

• Base monthly retainer
• High commission based on successful influencer launches (performance-driven)
• Freelance contract with full-time commitment
