You will be engaging with some of the UK’s largest Enterprise organisations around Data Center and Hybrid solutions and services. You will support customers in their journey to identify the ideal solutions that help them reach their goals.

You will sell Data Centre and Hybrid opportunities, with potential for lucrative financial rewards and career development.

Computacenter offers solutions built around best-of-breed technologies, supported by comprehensive lifetime services. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert, engaging, understanding, qualifying, proposing, and closing solutions or service opportunities.

What you’ll do
  • Collaborate with the Account team to identify Data Centre and hybrid opportunities and develop a sales pipeline.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of specialist opportunities.
  • Support qualification processes with customer account teams.
  • Assist customers in understanding their requirements, defining solutions, creating proposals, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Manage internal service providers and external suppliers.
  • Evaluate organizational contract spend to optimize technology usage and spending patterns.
  • Provide insights and thought leadership on contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Develop industry knowledge through relationships with vendor partners.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the Data Centre and hybrid industry community, providing leadership and knowledge to customers.
  • Develop strategies to maximize opportunities and grow market share.
What you’ll need

  • Proven experience as a specialist or overlay sales professional.
  • Track record of winning Data Centre deals.
