Job summary

A reputable MedTech manufacturer is seeking a Sales Specialist to sell patient monitoring equipment across multiple hospital departments in the North of England. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling medical devices or relevant healthcare qualifications. This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 to £50,000, with an additional uncapped commission and excellent benefits including pension and healthcare.

THE ROLE: As the Sales Specialist you will be selling a range of patient monitoring equipment and critical care consumables to procurement and clinical decision makers throughout multiple hospital departments including ICU, theatre and paediatrics. As forerunners in the market, their high-quality products are favoured by clinicians and, thanks to the company culture and pledge to support users, the company has a fantastic reputation in the market. As a forward thinking and innovative business, they have added new products to the portfolio to meet customer needs and broaden commercial opportunities.

THE PERSON: To be considered for this Sales Specialist role we are looking for:

  • Ideally experience of selling medical devices / consumables to hospitals
  • OR some pharmaceutical sales experience looking to break into devices sales
  • OR a clinician or graduate with a relevant healthcare / science-based degree or qualification, including sports science, biomedical science / biomedical engineering etc
  • Bags of passion and energy!
  • Full driving licence with no more than 6 points

THE PACKAGE FOR THE SALES SPECIALIST:

  • Basic salary: £30,000 – £50,000
  • Bonus: £15K+ uncapped commission
  • Hybrid car or car allowance of £550 per month
  • Benefits: Pension, healthcare, 25 days’ holiday + stats + Full benefits

Location: The position of Product Specialist covers the North of England including Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, York, Newcastle. Doesn’t include Liverpool, Cheshire or Staffs.
