The Role

As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving awareness and adoption of payment integrations across our product suite. Focusing on integrated payment solutions, this target-driven role is designed for an ambitious, self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a dynamic, results-oriented environment. You’ll play a key part in expanding our integrated payments footprint, proactively engaging with existing customers to help them understand the tangible value of seamless payment solutions and driving adoption through multi-channel outreach.

What you'll do
  • Proactively engage with existing customers to drive awareness and adoption of payment integrations across our product suite
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets for integrated payment solutions, contributing directly to company growth and revenue goals
  • Engage in extensive outbound sales activities, leveraging a mix of emails, calls, and tailored outreach to build a pipeline of high-value leads
  • Identify and prioritise high-potential clients, using CRM and sales tools to manage and track your sales pipeline effectively, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads
  • Use HubSpot to design, launch, and manage tailored communication sequences, capturing and logging high-potential leads for integration with third-party partners
  • Act as a product expert, clearly communicating to our customers the value of integrated payment solutions and demonstrating how these tools enhance client operations and patient satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the partnerships, marketing, and mid-market sales teams to ensure that team strategies are aligned, leverage cross-team resources, and ensure cohesive messaging that drives customer acquisition and retention
  • Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions, ensuring our CRM remains a reliable source of actionable insights for tracking, analysis, and ongoing sales efforts
What you’ll bring with you
  • 2+ years’ experience in a revenue-generating role
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding a variety of performance and revenue growth KPIs, with a natural drive to push for ambitious outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport, understand client needs, and effectively influence purchasing decisions
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organised in a dynamic work environment, managing multiple client interactions simultaneously and maintaining an organised approach to pipeline management and outreach
  • Demonstrable skills in designing, implementing, and refining outreach strategies, utilising CRM systems like HubSpot to execute campaigns that maximise lead conversion.
  • Credible, confident and articulate, with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • An enthusiastic team player who thrives in cross-functional environments, aligning efforts with colleagues to drive cohesive and successful sales strategies
