Job Role: Renewables Sales Advisor

In this position, you will play a key role in the sale of our full range of renewables products. Previous sales experience in a similar role within a builder’s merchant environment or similar would be a distinct advantage, but training can be provided.

Working with the sales team, your main responsibilities will include maximising sales by building first-class relationships with customers both over the telephone and face-to-face, while maintaining excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for providing quotations, following up with customers, and proactively developing sales.

You will be part of a close-knit team and will engage with customers daily. Therefore, having a likeability factor and being someone customers look forward to seeing—knowing they will receive excellent customer service and sound renewables product advice—is essential.

Ideal candidates should be confident, committed to providing excellent customer service, detail-oriented, and capable of building strong customer relationships. Computer literacy is vital. Previous sales and customer service experience is essential. We are seeking someone ready to make an impact in the rapidly growing renewables industry.
