About the Role

As aSales Executive – Cards and Payments Solutions, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across Europe by selling FIS’s market-leading core banking platforms to enterprise-level financial institutions. You’ll work closely with senior decision-makers to understand their transformation goals and position FIS as a strategic partner in their digital journey.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading the full sales cycle for Cards and Payment solutions across banks in Europe.
  • Building and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship development.
  • Engaging with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, COO, Heads of Digital/IT) to understand business needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal product, pre-sales, and delivery teams to shape compelling proposals and RFP responses.
  • Representing FIS at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Meeting and exceeding annual sales targets and contributing to the broader success of the EMEA Banking team.
What You’ll Need
  • Proven track record inenterprise software sales, ideally within Card issuing, Payments, or financial services technology.
  • Strong understanding of thebanking technology landscape, including legacy transformation and cloud-native platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience selling intoEuropean marketsand navigating complex, multi-country sales cycles.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams.
