Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey

  • Presenting and selling products to current clients, including service, training and upgrade solutions, etc.
  • Establishing & maintaining effective customer relationships on all levels to understand customer needs, promote understanding of ABB offerings, and align solutions. Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Achieving sales targets in value and margin. Preparing presentations, proposals, quotations, and sales contracts with the operation team. Following-up for payment collection.
  • Providing overall rolling monthly forecast and weekly sales plan. Performing other duties as assigned. Enhancing regional customer coverage and satisfaction.
  • Identifying opportunities with existing and potential EPCs within defined account customers and planning service sales actions.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, especially in the power industry. Strong sales skills. Knowledge of computer tools, including Office and PPT. Bachelor's degree in Power Engineering.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Result-oriented, team player.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English. Willingness to travel for customer visits and presentations. Previous experience in the power sector.
