70,000 – $80,000 per year + super + commissions

As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving market growth. Don’t worry if you’re new to sales – if you’re enthusiastic, eager to learn, and have a passion for building relationships, we’ll provide the support and training you need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for growth.
  • Collaborate on sales strategies and gain hands-on experience in driving customer acquisitions.
  • Contribute to setting sales targets, track performance metrics, and provide insights for improvement.
  • Get to know our products, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
What We’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or any client-facing role.
  • Enterprise sales and/or Government sales experience will be highly regarded.
  • Interest in sales and a drive to make an impact are essential.
  • Proficient in Office 365 (particularly Word and Excel).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • A natural curiosity and willingness to learn.
