Role:
We're seeking a results-driven sales professional to sell our education and training courses to prospective students. You'll be responsible for converting leads into course enrolments through phone sales, relationship building, and consultative selling.
Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years sales experience with demonstrable results
• Proven track record in telesales/phone sales
• Experience selling courses, training, or education products
• Strong cold calling and warm lead conversion skills
• Ability to hit and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Must be able to work onsite at our Woolwich Arsenal office

Desirable:

• Previous experience in education/training sales
• CRM experience
• Understanding of career development/qualification pathways
