We are seeking a Sales & Service Watches and Jewellery Specialist for our Sloane Street team. The role involves working between Monday and Saturday, with three rotating shifts: 8:30am - 5pm, 9:30am - 6pm, and 10am - 6:30pm.
Customer Service & Sales: Provide excellent service, support sales to increase store turnover, demonstrate product knowledge, and embody the House's values.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure timely follow-up on requests and after-sales issues, and act as an ambassador for Hermès.
Standards & Communication: Maintain store standards, participate in team briefings, communicate effectively with management, and support store operations.
Training & Merchandising: Complete training programs, share knowledge with colleagues, participate in product launches, and apply merchandising guidelines to displays.
Stock Management: Keep stock areas safe and tidy, ensure proper handling and tagging of goods, and communicate stock issues promptly.
KPIs & Measurable Targets: Achieve service scores, support sales metrics, and foster client development.
Key Competencies: Expertise in Fine Watches or Jewellery, experience in high-volume luxury retail, strong relationship-building skills, team-oriented mindset, flexibility, stakeholder management, warmth, calmness under pressure, ambassadorial qualities, high personal standards, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
