Job summary

B&Q Bognor Regis is seeking a Sales & Service Team Manager to lead our front end, showroom and TradePoint teams, driving sales through exceptional service. You’ll build an inclusive, high-performing team and champion the Brand’s Make Every Customer Count agenda.

You’ll inspire, coach, and lead across Showrooms, TradePoint and Front end, while ensuring safety and compliance under your shift lead team. A strong customer focus and leadership drive are essential.

Your dual role will have you building a sales culture and delivering exceptional service for every customer.
