Due to expansion within the business service offering, we are seeking a strong Team Leader who is looking to join a reputable organisation and support their existing team.

Hours: Monday - Friday - 08.30-17.30

About the role

As the Sales & Service Team Leader, you will play a vital role in connecting customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products, engineering services, and solutions that keep industry moving. You will support the business's continued growth and be part of an exciting offering focused on enhancing customer experience through innovation which embeds technology at the heart of the operation.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the department head in leading the day to day running of the Sales office.
  • Ensure that service levels and responsiveness meet contractual obligations and customer expectations to enable securing long-term commitments.
  • Take a lead role in health & safety discussions, improvement opportunities and training.
  • Drive improvements to the ETO conversion.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide feedback when necessary.
  • Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help drive a coaching/supportive culture to develop the team further.
  • Utilisation of system workplaces for quotation and order delivery.
  • Preparing and submitting customer quotations.
  • Order processing and fulfilment.
Requirements

You will have previous experience within a similar role and be an excellent communicator who is able to display verbal and written communication with great attention to detail. Knowledge of building and sustainable long-term customer relationships and the ability to lead from the front and inspire the team.

You will have knowledge of working with an ERP system and the functionality that this offers along with experience of delivering in a service led industry.
