JOB TITLE: Sales & Service Lead

Role Objective:

The Sales & Service Lead plays a vital role in elevating the guest experience at Alo Yoga. They ensure we meet our targets for engagement, guest education, and interaction, foster a service-led environment on the sales floor, and create a sanctuary that differentiates Alo from other retailers.

Sales & Service Leader

  • Lead an exceptional guest experience through assessing guest connection and product knowledge, supporting team members with feedback and coaching.
  • Build and maintain client relationships daily.
  • Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, support action plans focusing on improvement areas, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and leading sales initiatives.

Business Leader

  • Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to oversee reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
  • Use business metrics to support strategic decisions.
  • Actively move on the retail floor to address business, team, and guest needs.

People Leader

  • Lead by example and motivate staff in daily operations and guest service.
  • Oversee recruitment and development of Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers.
  • Use performance tools to evaluate staff and provide ongoing feedback for growth.

Business Partner

  • Collaborate with Community & Studio, Operations, and Visual Leads for cross-functional training and execution of company directives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Receptive to feedback and eager to improve.
  • Self-motivated with results-driven attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Schedule:

The role is full-time, requiring 32-40 hours/week, including opening, closing, and weekend shifts. Availability from the week of Black Friday through the end of the holiday season is required.
