How you'll make an impact

Handles both inbound/outbound telephone inquiries while promoting and selling insurance products and services to call-in and referred prospects/and/or current customers. Responsible for collecting prospect information, researching questions/issues with other departmental personnel, determining appropriate products/services to offer, and closing sales.
