What do we want?

We are looking for an exceptional Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. The purpose of this role is to increase the share and profitability of existing accounts and secure new business through the implementation of a Hotel Sales strategy.

Your responsibilities as a Hotel Sales Manager will include, but are not limited to:

• Driving and managing sales by actively identifying new business opportunities.
• Conducting telesales calls, planning appointments, and carrying out face-to-face sales in line with targets.
• Working with senior managers and other key members to strengthen current relationships within the local community.
• Representing the company at seminars and business events to maximize networking opportunities and raise the company's profile.
• Collaborating with senior managers and the revenue team to devise strategies to retain and grow the business, supporting revenue maximization.
