The purpose of this position is to perform Sales and Marketing Support activities for the Valtra product line of responsibility. The responsibility of this position is to ensure both AGCO Staff & Sales Distribution network are fully up to date with all information relating to the products to enable them to achieve AGCOs goals.

The role is responsible for: initiation, development, and coordination of the following:

Product Information on the product attributes

Organization of product training for business partners (implementation of new salespeople and training of senior staff)

Training subordinate dealers in Valtra products and the tools provided by Valtra. Implementing the Valtra Strategy in the field of responsibility.

Advice on machine specifications, Monitoring the activities of competitors

Supporting the marketing department in the field of DCX and other marketing activities (training, fairs, events, introducing new products). Cooperation with the Valtra Factory regarding (training material and future products and solution etc....). Training and marketing materials preparation (translation, preparation, and creation)

This position will interface regularly with other disciplines within the company, including Sales, Engineering, Product Reliability and Parts. In addition, the position will need to liaise with the Marketing representatives of AGCO brands (MF, Fendt, Valtra).

Your Impact:

Support all aspects of Sales related technical queries on the product of responsibility. Ensure timely response to critical requests wherever possible. Provide field support & training for Distribution, Dealers, and internal staff

Produce Product Bulletins for the product of responsibility. Produce & maintain up to date Product Information Guide. Communicate in an effective manner Product Development issues to Marketing. Assist in identifying & understanding future market & product development needs. Recommend specification modification based on customer/market Product & Sales Training.

Identify all product & sales training requirements, for both Internal AGCO and Distribution staff. Plan, develop and organize product training courses, with all related supporting documentation. Ensuring that all benefits of the product versus competitive machines are communicated in a timely manner.

Participation in brand internal training about technical features and economy. Transfer of information to the local sales team (Train-the-Trainer-Concept) Competitive Analysis. Develop & Maintain Competitive comparison database on Competitive products. Identify & maintain database on commercial trends of all major competitors. Participate in major farm shows.

Visiting customers and dealers to order and demonstrate Valtra's unique features, exclusive to competition performance. Installation of new machines at the customer's site (be able). The contribution of the Valtra product master and the first point of contact for dealers regarding technical data (specifications, condition). Supporting ASM in cooperation with Key Clients and non-Ag (forest, construction, landfills, airports, etc.)

Your Experience and Qualification:

Education /Diploma /Degree in Agriculture /Agricultural Engineering /Agronomy 2-5 years of Business Experience.

High degree of PC literacy with Microsoft Office including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel.

Good general understanding of both: agriculture and agricultural machinery and its application in the field Fluency in both Written & Oral English

Effective communication skills both oral and written. Ability to speak and present in front of both small and large audiences

Candidate should possess both Driving License B and T
