At Monil, we’re a team of ambitious entrepreneurs, engineers, and innovators committed to transforming modern farming with our virtual fencing system. We’re already helping 600+ farmers manage livestock more efficiently, saving time, money, and stress. We’ve sold over 13,000 cattle collars, each paired with a yearly software subscription.
Our collars are designed and produced in Norway, and sold directly to farmers in Norway, the UK, and soon, globally. We've met all our ambitious targets so far, but the real fun is just beginning. To scale further, we need exceptional sales representatives who connect with farmers and understand the unique challenges they face.
The sales process in the UK market varies from efficiently closing warm, nurtured leads to longer cycles that require follow-up, structure, and trust. We’re looking for someone who thrives with both.
As one of our first full-time team members in the UK, you’ll be responsible for helping us grow our presence and drive adoption across the country. You’ll be part of Monil's commercial team (primarily based in Norway), with regular travel across the UK and occasional trips to Norway and the US.

Drive sales through farmer and organization outreach and personalized and consistent follow-ups.
Identify and nurture leads, respond quickly to incoming leads, send timely offers, and guide farmers through their decision-making.
Represent Monil at demo days, fairs, and key customer meetings.
System & Process Management: Use and improve tools like HubSpot and Shopify to track leads, sales, and customer engagement effectively.
Build relationships with farmers, and be someone they trust to call back. Whether on the phone or at fairs, or in meetings, you’ll create connections that last and be a relatable and trusted advisor to farmers.
Collaborate with marketing to ensure lead quality and align timing, messaging, and effective follow-ups.
You have experience in sales, customer success, or related commercial roles (ideally in Agtech, SaaS, or with technical products).
You either come from farming, or know how to build trust with farmers. Experience with cattle is a big plus.
You’re the kind of person who sees opportunity, not obstacles, and you’re excited to help build something from the ground up.
You naturally build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
You’re self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
