As a Sales Representative at Stryker Trauma, you will play a significant role in a team that shares a strong belief in helping our customers improve patient care and outcomes through our products and services. Your responsibilities include maintaining existing business in key Trauma accounts, developing new sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with stakeholders in the NHS, including surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement, and finance professionals.

You will conduct product demonstrations, provide training for clinical staff, and cover cases in operating theatres within your key accounts. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join one of Stryker’s largest divisions, contributing to growth and delivering a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining and growing existing business in Trauma accounts.
2. Identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
3. Building relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

5. Managing stock levels and asset management in hospitals.

• Medical, scientific, or technical degree (preferred).
