Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field-based Territory Sales Manager in the UK who will maintain key Trauma accounts and develop new opportunities, engaging with NHS stakeholders and theatre teams to improve patient care.

You will drive product demonstrations and training, manage stock across customer accounts, and travel extensively within your territory to deliver superior service and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing business in key Trauma accounts.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the territory.
• Develop strong relationships with NHS stakeholders including surgeons, theatre managers and nursing staff.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff.
• Cover cases in operating theatres within key accounts.
• Audit theatre and hospital stock; manage consignment levels and stock rotation.
• Become competent with iPad applications to monitor stock in customer accounts.

You will be responsible for maintaining existing business in key Trauma accounts, as well as identifying and developing new sales opportunities in the territory. This will include working with hospitals as a whole including procurement, sterile services, stores, KOLs and theatre teams. You will need to develop strong relationships with a diverse group of Stakeholders in the NHS; including surgeons, theatre managers and nursing staff as well as procurement and finance professionals. You will be required to conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff, as well as covering cases in operating theatres within your key accounts. You will be responsible for auditing theatre and hospital stock - managing consignment levels and ensuring good asset management and stock rotation. You will become competent with Ipad applications to manage and monitor stock held in customer accounts. United Kingdom Pay Range: £38,600 - £64,300 GBP Annual At Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step. Work Flexibility Options

• Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.
• Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.
• Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.
• Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
