As a Sales Representative at Stryker Trauma, you will play a significant role in a team that shares a strong belief in helping our customers improve patient care and outcomes through our products and services. Your responsibilities include maintaining existing business in key Trauma accounts and developing new sales opportunities within your territory.

You will need to develop strong relationships with diverse stakeholders in the NHS, including surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement, and finance professionals. Your duties will include conducting product demonstrations and training for clinical staff, as well as covering cases in operating theatres within your key accounts.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Stryker’s largest divisions, ideal for an ambitious and hardworking sales professional committed to driving growth and delivering a superior customer experience.

You will be responsible for auditing theatre and hospital stock, managing consignment levels, and ensuring asset management and stock rotation. Familiarity with iPad applications for managing and monitoring stock in customer accounts is required.
