As a Sales Representative at Stryker Trauma, you will play a significant role in a team who share a strong belief in helping our customers to improve patient care and outcomes through the use of our products and services. You will be responsible for maintaining existing business in key Trauma accounts, as well as identifying and developing new sales opportunities in the define territory.

You will need to develop strong relationships with a diverse group of Stakeholders in the NHS; including surgeons, theatre managers and nursing staff as well as procurement and finance professionals. You will be required to conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff, as well as covering cases in operating theatres within your key accounts.

You will be responsible for auditing theatre and hospital stock – managing consignment levels and ensuring good asset management and stock rotation. Become familiar with Ipad application to manage and monitor stock held in customer accounts.

What you need?

  • Either proven sales or clinical experience

  • Training in a medical, scientific, technical career or degree in sciences/economics is ideal

  • Intrinsic motivation, a self-starter with a focus on delivering results

  • Ambitious and driven to achieve results

  • Tenacity and a ‘can do’ attitude

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and adapt to changes
