As a Spine Sales Representative, you will promote and sell Stryker’s spinal products to meet customer needs. You will conduct product evaluations in various settings, including hospital theatres, demonstrating the value of our products. You will maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new ones within your territory.

You will track your territory’s progress, communicate findings proactively, and aim to exceed sales goals. During onsite visits, you will use your product knowledge to solve problems and advise medical representatives on proper product use and maintenance.

• Proven success in sales within the medical device industry, preferably operating theatre or surgical sales, or a background in Orthopaedics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive ownership of client relationships within your territory.

• A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Team player attitude.
• Valid driver’s license.
