Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking in-store sales associates to engage customers inside a major Canadian retailer across Essex. You will explain credit card products, answer questions, and act as a trusted product authority while aiming to meet sales targets.

The role offers base pay of 17.60/hr plus uncapped commission, with training provided from day one. Permanent full-time or part-time roles are available, with hours 9am–9pm, Monday to Sunday, and opportunities to travel between locations

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or sales is a bonus; drive and attitude matter more.
• A vehicle or driver's license is an asset but not a barrier to applying.

• Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through the features and value of our client's creditcardproducts.
• Ask the right questions to understand each customer's situation and make a relevant, helpful recommendation.
• Serve as the product authority inside the store, knowledgeable, approachable, and credible.
• Consistently meet and surpass personal sales targets while championing the client brand.
• Create positive, memorable interactions that leave customers feeling well-served.
• Adapt your engagement style to connect with a wide variety of customers throughout the day.
• Develop reliable, productive partnerships with retail store staff.
• Safeguard customer data and maintain strict confidentiality in every interaction.
• Travel to and support multiple store locations across your assigned territory as needed.

In this role you will work inside a major Canadian retailer, meeting customers where they shop and helping them discover a financial product from one of Canada's trusted brands.
