Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking highly motivated, sales-oriented individuals to act as Field Marketing Representatives in-store, educating customers on President’s Choice Financial products for a prominent Canadian brand.

Base pay is $18 plus commission, with fully paid training and ongoing coaching to help you hit targets. Flexible schedule and opportunities to advance within a leading marketing agency in Canada/snapped to UK market.

Qualifications

• 1yr+ sales experience in financial or retail environments is an asset.
• Comfortable with sales targets and driving results.
• Outgoing and personable with strong communication abilities.
• Customer service or sales experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on President’s Choice Financial products in-store.
• Understand customer needs to make appropriate recommendations.
• Offer expert advice and product knowledge.
• Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness as a brand ambassador.
• Provide exceptional customer service for a great in-store experience.
• Develop creative approaches to engage customers and highlight benefits.
• Build positive relationships with store personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Create excitement around the product offering as a brand advocate.
