Purpose of the role

Growing the Service business by attracting new customers: this can be new customers or renewing relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

Approach potential customers to contract the maintenance of their elevators.

Know the Otis business and provide good insight to customers to provide the best insights and solutions.

Know maintenance and service strategies and procedures.

Strong sales skills; decision making and closing sales.
