Job Description:

Position: Field Executive - Worcester - M4 Corridor

Salary: £23,500-£24,500 per annum, Up to 10% performance bonus, Company Car, Tablet, Phone, Group benefits (DIS, Pension)

Reports To: National Sales Manager

Hours of Work: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Location: Field-based with HQ visits and offsite meetings

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong customer relationships within your territory and identify growth opportunities.
  • Promote and educate about all aspects of sports performance and supplementation.
  • Maximize brand presence within the trade in your territory.
  • Understand features and benefits of all products and lead conversations to promote them.
  • Support existing accounts and identify additional growth opportunities.
  • Lead category & brand training with key retailers/gyms.
  • Support re-merchandising efforts to maintain brand standards.
  • Drive performance to meet KPIs with a high-performing field mentality.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to share best practices and insights.
  • Proactively address issues and find resolutions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of clients’ business and products.
  • Complete administration tasks accurately and on time.
  • Understand the retail landscape to leverage seasonal and competitive opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in a gym, sales, retail, or brand ambassador role within FMCG/Consumer goods is preferred.
  • Energy, drive, reliability, and passion for excellent service.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience meeting targets and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of gym culture and habits across UK gyms.
  • Organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify potential opportunities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all management levels.
