We seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team part-time (2 - 3 days/week). As a Sales Representative, you will be crucial in expanding our client base, fostering relationships, and driving sales for our home refurbishment services.

Tasameem offers comprehensive design & build services for both residential and commercial projects. Our London-based creative team has over 20 years of experience and aims to create luxurious and functional spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building with estate agents, property developers, project managers and interior designers.
• Consult with potential clients to understand their home refurbishment needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Present and articulate the value proposition of our services to prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our portfolio and capabilities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry (essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of home refurbishment processes and materials is essential.

Remuneration:
