Join a leading educational charity group as an International Dyslexia Learning Solutions UK Sales Representative. You will provide guidance and support to customers in schools by promoting IDL, an intervention software program that improves reading and spelling. We seek enthusiastic individuals with strong communication skills willing to travel and engage educators effectively.
Starting Salary: £29,200 per annum + commission
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Working pattern:Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Working Location:Based at our Head Office in Lancaster. Flexible working options considered.

The role
We are looking for an International Dyslexia Learning Solutions (IDL) UK Sales Representative to join us as an Interventions Advisor. IDL is a unique, specialist intervention software program that is proven to be highly effective for improving reading and spelling for all ages.
As an Interventions Advisor, you will be joining the exciting IDL Team to be responsible for offering advice, guidance, and support to new and existing customers on our products and services. By providing outstanding customer service you will act as a key contact point for all customers to provide support and identify opportunities for sales growth to maximise income.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills who would feel comfortable presenting our products to teaching staff, have excellent project management skills, be target driven, have a positive attitude to change, be organised, and demonstrate a commitment to a high standard of customer service. The ideal candidate should be able to present in a calm and personable manner and possess a high level of organisational skills.
Based at our office in Lancaster, you will support primary and secondary school educators through the provision of educational software. Although a ‘consultative sell’, this requires diligence in communications with busy teachers, you will be required to work from an existing database contacting SENCos (Special Educational Needs Coordinators) and Head Teachers within Primary and Secondary schools via email and telephone to arrange onsite demonstrations of the IDL software. You will need to be able to travel with overnight stays in order to visit new customers and build saturation in a designated area.
