Job Description:

The Sales Representative is responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our client’s products or services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts. This role is responsible for effectively articulating the value of products or services to customers.

  • Work within a dedicated territory and team for your assigned client to achieve your revenue-based quota by selling renewals/services, and potentially upselling opportunities.
  • Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements.
  • Initiate steps to address customer concerns or roadblocks that hinder satisfaction or product usage.
  • Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain or win new customers.
  • Manage a high volume of customer contacts via phone and email daily – majority of communication is outbound.
  • Collaborate with your team and management to ensure a professional experience during all customer interactions.
  • Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured.
  • Undertake sales motions such as lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, acting as the voice of the customer, or renewing contracts.
  • Work with a team and report directly to a Sales Manager.
